(PLANO, TEXAS) August 18, 2015 – AlixaRx, a national pharmacy specializing in innovative technology to enhance patient care, recognizes four of their customers on earning the American Health Care Association 2015 Silver – Achievement in Quality and Bronze – Commitment to Quality Awards. These awards are two of three distinct awards possible through the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, which honors select centers across the nation that serve as models of excellence in providing high-quality long term and post-acute care.
Golden LivingCenter – Country View Alzheimer’s Care in Fresno, Calif., and Golden LivingCenter York Terrace in Pottsville, Pa., have been recognized as recipients of the 2015 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award.
Golden LivingCenter – Jesup in Jesup, Ga., and Golden LivingCenter – Riverdale in Muscoda, Wis., have been recognized as recipients of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award.

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program recognizes long term and post-acute care centers across the nation that strive for improved quality. The program sets high standards for quality and is modeled on the core values of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. The program has three distinct levels, each of which requires a more detailed and comprehensive demonstration of systematic quality.
